A more user friendly budget setup

Just a suggestion: to be able to set a date range for budget. It would be useful for users who:

• want to track by pay cycles (e.g. 11th to 10th of following month).

• want to manage specific project timelines.

• want to do bi-weekly, weekly, or custom date range budgeting.
