Add a start and end time field to drives; re-implement time of drive on drive review

Feature Request

When reviewing and creating manual drives (trips), have the option to input the start and end time of the trip.

Also re-implement the time of drive in the drive/trip review.

    The feature should auto track the times of each stop. They also need to be visible on the trip review and in the reporting and trips area of Easy Expense.
