Add an "All Time" budget

Feature Request

It would be nice to keep track of budgeting per project instead of monthly. This is very helpful for real estate projects.
--
Create one budget (not monthly) which will last the entirety of the ‘business’ which for us is the whole project time period.

      We name each ‘business’ the address of a rehab project. So technically the whole thing is a project. I was just hoping we could create one budget (not monthly) which will last the entirety of the ‘business’ which for us is the whole project time period. If there’s a better way to set this up I’m all ears, thanks.
