Allow users to view their total sales tax paid in more detail.

In the summary PDF: Add tax column for categories & a grand tax column

In the report PDF: Add tax column to the category summary

    Ok. Well that is a big deal for me so I will be finding a difference expense app that has that feature. I run a business and need all my gst to show up along with their expenses.
