Add Start/Stop Mileage Tracking

Manually log trips by letting the app know when to start auto-tracking and stop auto-tracking in real-time.

For example, you're at point A and you tap "Start" and the app records your start location. As you drive, it'll calculate the mileage distance and when you tap "Stop", it records the end location.
