Adding Online Purchases including Amazon, Ebay, etc.

Feature Request

We are all using Online 📲💻 Purchasing Power, how can we include them in our expenses if we can't add them unless we print out a receipt then scan to add. I think it's important to move in this direction.

    Hi Alexys, thank you for your feature request! We are working towards making adding online receipts easier - especially adding scanning to our email receipt forwarding.

    For now, here are a few ways to upload receipts or invoices without printing:

    1) Take a screenshot of the receipt, then tap the "Transactions" tab > tap "Add New Expense" > "Add New Expense" > "Attach Receipt", and attach the screenshot.

    2) Use the "Scanner" to analyze a screenshot or take a photo of the receipt. To do that, tap the "Camera" (bottom) and press the gallery icon (bottom left).

    3) For a PDF file, tap "Transactions" > "Add New Expense" > "PDF Upload". It will attach the PDF as receipt images and then you can manually input the values.

    4) Use email receipt forwarding for PDF files or HTML(text only) emails: https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/email-receipt-forwarding

      Thank you for replying. Yes I recently uploaded as you mentioned. I often tell myself I will do it later assuming I'm going to miraculously remember.
