Customize dashboard quick actions and bank account order

Rearrange or pick certain quick actions & sort bank accounts on the dashboard

I would like to be able to rearrange what I see on my dashboard and I would like to see my simple income and expenses but not as an exported report. If you could create widget that we could adjust. Also change the sort order of our bank accounts. I would like to be able to customize the app more.

More use cases:
- "Manage Users" isn't needed for individual users
