Directly attach a PDF file to an expense

Rather than uploading a PDF in the app, attach or add an additional receipt image using a PDF file to an expense.

In other words, add "Attach PDF" or "Import PDF" to the "Attach Receipt" option.

Ideal flow:
Tap or create an expense > Tap "Attach Receipt" > Select "Attach PDF" > Select PDF file. PDF is attached as a receipt image.
