Hey! One of the default categories is "Payroll" and you can add each employee as a vendor.
Also if you need to add a new category you can do so from the category picker by pressing the "Add New Category" button on the bottom of the screen.

I'm new to the app, so I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about
but when you create your business expense profile can't One just create a vendor category to separate the employees pay?
