Error message: Your account settings are incompatible

I was trying to link my RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) but I got the error message below.

Is there anything different that I should do to make it work? Or can you please fix this from your end?

    Hi there, as Plaid doesn’t support RBC’s multifactor authentication, the only way to link with RBC is to disable the 2FA or MFA from your RBC account (via the RBC’s bank website).

    Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
