Hi Shamarra, we do have some ways to accommodate outside expenses.
Here are a few ways to upload receipts or invoices:
1) Take a screenshot of it, then tap the "Transactions" tab > tap "Add New Expense" > "Add New Expense" > "Attach Receipt", and attach the screenshot.
2) Use the "Scanner" to analyze a screenshot or take a photo of the receipt/invoice. To do that, tap the "Camera" (bottom) and press the gallery icon.
3) For a PDF file, tap "Transactions" > "Add New Expense" > "PDF Upload". It will attach the PDF as receipt images and then you can manually input the values.
