Not sure why the milage tab doesn't auto sum by year. This causes me to keep an excel sheet so I'm not adding hundreds of trips for total milage. Pretty annoying.
Hi Zach, thank you for posting. To clarify, are you looking for a report summarizing the mileage for all the years available?
Currently, here are a few ways to see the mileage sum: 1. Summary or Report/Invoice PDFs (https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/export-types) - Tap the “Dashboard” tab > tap “Download Data” > tap “Summary” (the distance is off, but is fixed in the next update) or “Report/Invoice” PDF (calculates the total). You can also look at the previews without having to download.
2. Visual summary - Tap the “Dashboard” tab > tap “View Summary” > tap the “Month” filter (top-left) > select “Year”. Then scroll down to view the mileage summary and tap the arrow buttons to switch between the years.
