Option to disable OCR/AI Scanning (manually input receipt data)

Option to disable the smart receipt capture. Allows users to manually capture and input receipt data instead.

Use Cases
- Since the OCR is mainly localized for North America, other locations may not need it due to different currencies & vendors. It creates more work having to correct data.
- Increased performance, especially for older devices where scanning impacts app performance
