Hi Christian, you can manually add expenses and payment methods by tapping the "Transactions" tab > "Add Transaction" > "Expense". Tap the "Payment Method" field and tap "Add New Payment" method to add a card manually (https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/manage-payment-methods). Then tap "Attach Receipt" > "Take Photo" to take a picture of the receipt.
Alternatively when scanning receipts, tap the payment method to select one before saving. Or tap the gallery icon (bottom left) > "Take Photo" for manual capture.
