"Select All" button (bulk select action)

A way to select all the visible expenses and manage them (i.e., bulk actions)

Should be able to apply to the "Transactions" tab and "Transactions" review

Use cases

1. Select all expenses with a certain filter applied

2. Search for a certain keyword/amount, and then select all the expenses

3. Delete unwanted bank transactions in review
