Set a default category

Have an option to choose a default category of user's preference essentially overriding auto-categorization if option checked.

This might suit some users like myself where most of my transactions are from retailers that sell items from different categories.

Example Scenarios:

a) 1 txn could hv items from multiple cats

b) a txn from a retailer usually does not contain items from the same category in the next txn
