Good day,

We have suggestions that will make your app even more popular, especially in South Africa.

As an NPO, we love your app… BUT, please may you confirm how to do the following:

  1. Import from Excel Spreadsheets

  2. A summary that may be used for SARS VAT returns.

  3. How to change owner e-mail.

  4. Ownership transferred to another team member, currently can only change to member or admin.

  5. Reimbursement of Invoice: should have option to choose reimbursement of VAT (15%) only.

  6. Adding of Connected e-mails: iCloud and Outlook should also be added.

  7. Are there special discount available to get premium subscription for NPO’s at a minimal discount or free subscription for a few months… just to assist NPO’s?

I hope this can be done as a matter of urgency…

    Hey there, sorry for the late response on this.

    Please feel free to email me at hung@easy-expense.com with any questions or support requests.

    1. Import from Excel Spreadsheets
      - We can manually import a CSV file of transactions if you send it to hung@easy-expense.com

      These transactions must be saved and a payment method must be set manually.

      Here are the naming columns we accept: Date, Vendor, Total, and Description.

    2. A summary that may be used for SARS VAT returns.
      Please check out our export types here: https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/export-types

      If none of those fit your needs, please share an example report of what you’d like to see.

    3. How to change owner e-mail.
      Generally, you can change your account’s email in the app by tapping the gear icon (top-left) > “Account” > “Change Email”. If you’d like to swap emails, please email me or message support chat.

    4. Ownership transferred to another team member, currently can only change to member or admin.
      We can transfer the workspace ownership. Please email me or message support chat.

    5. Reimbursement of Invoice: should have option to choose reimbursement of VAT (15%) only.
      Unfortunately, we do not plan to include direct reimbursement at this time. If that wasn’t it, please provide more details for this use case.

    6. Adding of Connected e-mails: iCloud and Outlook should also be added.
      It’s not possible to do this yet due to limitations. For now, we recommend email receipt forwarding: https://easyexpense.document360.io/docs/email-receipt-forwarding

    7. Are there special discount available to get premium subscription for NPO’s at a minimal discount or free subscription for a few months… just to assist NPO’s?
      We don’t have discounts. However, I believe we’ve already upgraded you to premium for free :)
